It looked like there were power lines strung, but all the other lines (telephone, etc.) were still on the ground.

Standing around at the dog park (across from Lilly Park) is pretty much the only place I get cold. The wind is harsh all times of the year there!

should go to platt and ellsworth. south on platt from ellsworth
along the pole line bordering lilly park. there are a number of
fairly new poles just twisted/snapped off at the bottom with all
the lines down of course. i saw this sunday in the pm so they may
be fixing it by now. i actually was looking to see if you had a
photo of it.
