The outbound 5 signage says “To Meijer” or “To Ypsilanti” on alternate buses. If you take the “To Ypsilanti” bus, it’s routed straight through to Ypsi. If you take the “To Meijer” bus and ask the driver for a transfer to the 6 at Meijer (Carpenter Rd), they will hold the bus at Meijer for a few minutes (3-5 minutes) to let you make the connection. I don’t know if that works through the whole day and evening or just during the day.
The 24 hr donuts is a Dunkin Donuts at Ellsworth and Hewitt, in the “Dunkin Plaza”.
