    Here’s the real time Huron River flood stage graph at Ann Arbor -

    At 7:45am the river was at 15.92 feet (Flood stage is 16 feet). The level indicator says

    17.0 WATER MAY BEGIN TO BACKUP DRAIN ON WALL ST AT CANAL ST AND ALSO IN PARKING LOT OF APARTMENTS AT THAT INTERSECTION. PARTS OF CANAL ST FLOODS. WATER BEGINS TO FLOOD ISLAND DRIVE.
    16.0 RIVERSIDE PARK DIRT PARKING LOT FLOODS. WATER MAY BEGIN TO BACKUP STREET DRAINS ON ISLAND DRIVE BY ISLAND PARK.
    15.0 FLOODING BEGINS AT ISLAND PARK, RIVERSIDE PARK AND FULLER RECREATION AREA.

    Upstream at Ore Lake in Hamburg it’s even worse

    at 7.11 feet, predicted to go to 7.6 feet:

    8.0 MANY HOMES ARE SURROUND AND INUNDATED WITH FLOOD WATER ALONG THE RIVER AND ORE LAKE.
    7.0 WATER BEGINS TO REACH FOUNDATIONS AND CRAWL SPACES OF MANY HOMES ALONG THE RIVER AND ORE LAKE.
    6.5 ***FLOOD STAGE*** WATER BEGINS TO FLOOD YARDS OF HOMES ALONG THE HURON RIVER AND ORE LAKE. MANY BOAT DOCKS BEGIN TO BECOME SUBMERGED BETWEEN 6.5 AND 7 FT.
    6.0 BANKFULL.
