This is actually at Huron Parkway and Nixon, not Green. Huron Parkway and Green do not intersect. This might be just a mistake introduced by the editor with replacement of “and” with “&”? That is, is similar work happening on Huron and also on Nixon?
What’s happening is that they are constructing a roundabout at the intersection of Nixon and Huron Parkway. Work begins tomorrow.
Indeed, I should have chosen Nixon Road and not Green. The construction is for the roundabout.
