I hope that when the Townships finally lose after exhausting their appeal rights (US Supreme Court anyone?) that they get hit with reimbursing the County's legal costs. Then the Township residents can hold their representatives responsible for the special millage that will be required to make good on that obligation! The only winners here will be the attorneys.
