I wondered why there was extra metal hanging off them. Couldn't figure out what it was when walking by with a purpose. I think the whole "art" hoop is kind of silly (even though I'm a member of the AA art center). Why doesn't it say "bike"? In downtown Louisville, they have actual pieces of sculptural art for bike racks! (not just silly circles which need labels if you're going to recognize it as art) That’s what those were!
