They tend to not be very impressive – only 5-6 an hour but they have a history for nice fireballs.

The Leonids peak on the 17th/18th and are much more impressive. A few of the models predict around 20/hr, some are saying 130-140/hr, and one model predicts a storm of 1000+/hr. The predictions, while improving, are always interesting to see if they wind up being accurate or not.
