The Detroit Free Press profiles Ian Bund, chairman of Plymouth Management Co., an Ann Arbor-based venture capital firm. Bund believes that the state’s economic recovery is tied to the success of companies that employ fewer than 500 people, because those firms create 70% of all new jobs: “The growth of those companies is what’s going to drive this economy.
