    I was surprised/shocked to see a middle age woman driving down Liberty with her hand-held device balanced on her steering wheel as she texted on it. This was during morning rush hour – plenty of traffic and she was in the 30mph area west of downtown. Way too much traffic and not to mention the sun in her eyes.

    What are people thinking?
