I was told that this was IMPOSSIBLE since the street is a State of Michigan “trunk line” (no, I did not understand this reasoning, but that’s what I was told). Thanks very much, Councilman Mike Anglin, for working on and achieving this goal. This is a real service that will be helpful to many people.
