Teachers get 2 personal business days a year– not four. The new contract gives them two more days, which they cannot take or cash in for five years, and which will carry over from year to year, unlike the “regular” personal business days they already receive.

Great, comprehensive reporting, as usual! One small correction: AAPS teachers ordinarily receive two, not four, personal days per year. This year, they will receive four (two of which will be unpaid until at least five years from now).

The Riot Youth kids are pretty terrific. It would have been great to have gotten their names into this.
