Doesn’t a business that wishes to expand have to get loans, etc? The Zingerman’s own website does not address the fact that the money for the expansion project is not coming from the business, but from a loophole in the brownfield program. It all seems quite disingenuous.
Aren’t there any environmental clean-up projects that need that money? Environmental clean-up should come first.
