It once had a garage behind it; but after a fire, this was torn down and removed.

In July I sent photos documenting the flooding to the County Water Resources office, which led to a field inspection. They concluded that the Allen Creek Drain itself was not at fault, rather that the city’s street drains were inadequate for the runoff at that spot.
