Her spouse, Noah Hall, should have received a civic award for his work in enforcing the Freedom of Information Act against City Council, which eventually exposed E-mailgate.

We appreciate the public service of the Halls in safeguarding the public interest.

One died, one went mad, and the third forgot all about it.
