    Literally combining bike & bus travel in town has been the choice of dedicated cyclists almost since the racks first appeared on AATA buses. A long departed member of Ann Arbor Bicycle Touring Society who worked for AATA is the one most responsible for adding bike racks to buses.

    I don’t own a car: because I don’t need one in this town. Saved a ton of money over the last 17 years, you can believe.

    Wish I could contribute to Stopped. Watched. — Monday I rode the AATA Route 16: across the aisle from Denard Robinson (star QB for Michigan). HIs nickname is “Shoelace” because he never ties his laces – even on the football field. Monday: he wore new-looking tan work boots – laces untied.
