I’ve observed at least one (native) hognose snake in the wild in this area which looked very similar to this little guy.

I do hope it’s something native. Snakes fall in to the same category as spiders for me… they’re very good at eating things that I want fewer of in my house. :)

At that length, it probably outgrew its terrarium.
