Ann Arbor has the third worst roads in Michigan (illuminated by high tech LED lights, of course!) Voters in Ann Arbor pay for Cadillac service but get Yugo level quality in return; vote yourself a break–Drain The Buckets!

Given that so few people have been hired, he concluded, the council was acting in a timely fashion.”

Brilliant logic, and just what I expect of someone who doesn’t lead before a crisis but responds after things are a mess. Brilliant.
