That is, the LFDA is funded with school taxes, at the expense of public education. The LDFA, in turn, exixts to fund Ann Arbor Spark.

Dave also overlooked that the sidewalk millage will be subject to the “1% for metal objects” program, wherein restricted funs, like the possible sidewalk millage, are diverted from their legally restricted uses to fund objects purported to enhance cerain people’s aesthetics.

Supported by Leah Gunn, the motion passed unanimously. It needs to be finalized in the 2012/13 budget. So, the County is doing its part as well.
