    are you sure it isn’t the local peregrine falcon? The location is right for the falcon. I’ve seen them there before and they hang out at the bell tower. One way to tell, is the tip of their wings are pointy and they are smaller than hawks. I enjoy seeing the hawks & falcons that patrol Ann Arbor and feed on the small rats & mice and occasional squirrel. I’ve seen some redtails on the west side and atop the parking structure on willian & fourth ave. Nice pic.

    Bear, we must give the Turkey Vultures their due too. They keep our highways clean.
