The man I saw was drunk, drugged or mentally ill. I’m more annoyed by the people who clearly are just picking bouquets for their office or home – I saw one woman do that last week, and should have jumped off my scooter to stop her.

Thanks to the support of our incredibly generous, wonderful sponsors (see plaques on beds)the Main Street Area Association works tirelessly to maintain the 46 planter beds on Main Street. I wish I had bumped into the gentleman selling the tulips. I take the care of the planter beds very seriously.
