In the basement kitchen of the Bethlehem United Church of Christ, volunteers are making trays and trays of fresh pretzels – a once-a-month ritual that after today is taking a hiatus until September. People pre-order, but you can also walk in and get warm pretzels for $1 each or $10/dozen. It’s worth going just to breathe in the delicious yeasty aroma.
