It also restricted the use of funds in many ways, excluding temporary projects and events. So a millage looks like the next step to continue and broaden public art funding in the city,” she wrote.”

My goodness–no words about ‘art haters’ and Tea Party heathens and barbarians who’ve stormed the gates and taken over the castle?

It does not conflict with Councilmember Taylor’s resolution to put an art millage on the ballot.

I hope both resolutions pass this evening. We’ll soon know!
