Does the Chronicle have a link to the network infrastructure contract? I’d be curious to see what’s involved.

Cutting German seems like a bad idea. It’s still a fairly important language. Aside from the importance of Germany to the EU, many of Ann Arbor’s early settlers were German, so it’s part of our history.

My Eberwhite fifth-grader reports there are 30 kids in his class. That does seem excessive to me.
