The meters in that lot were bagged when I went there on 9/21. I assumed it was related to the teardown of the Greek Orthodox church that bore the sainted version of my name. If so, it’s been going on for at least 2 weeks.

Seems tough to wall off most of the public parking with access to Farmers’ Market on a market day. None of those bagged meter spots were being used.
