Workers also have been busy on the other side of the river on the exit from the Argo cascade. Looks like they have put in new grass and placed new rocks there, as well as replacing some concrete. Walking past the site on any day, I always see something new and when the wind is right, I’ll get the strong smell of a petroleum product. It reminds me of those cheap vinyl swimming pools left out in the sun on the hottest day in July.
