I thought this would be a picture of the sign I saw that was defaced with graffiti so that it could not be read. But mine was a different one (same intersection). Someone doesn’t like this program.

Crossed there earlier this week and didn’t notice graffiti, so it must be recent – or I overlooked it. Pushing the button is kind of automatic so I don’t bother to at look the sign.

I don’t think it’s a statement on whether or not they “like this program”, just whether or not they could get away with tagging it… Personally, I appreciate being able to cross safely, and I suspect residents is Lurie Terrace do as well.

Sorry, I got confused. The graffiti I saw was on the signal at Seventh and Washington.

It has been there for at least a few months.

I looked at it more closely today and noticed the graffiti is on stickers which have been applied to the sign. Not that it matters much, I suppose…
