Perhaps the drivers are enjoying a late evening snack at the Fleetwood Diner?

Don’t grudge a driver some fleetwood! Anyways, we all know there’s no parking down town

I actually noticed these “licensed limos” while walking to a downtown event after paying to park in a structure. I thought it was bogus that these for-profit cars were parking in a tow-away zone, probably while their drivers ate dinner at the Fleetwood.

Also, I mentioned that they were “licensed limos” because I remember that there’s a distinction between taxis and limos, but that some companies are making their limos look like taxis to avoid city regulations on taxis.

Yeah, those are some pretty downmarket “limos.”
