According to the report, Esperion’s filing with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission states that the firm intends to raise $70 million and would be listed on Nasdaq with the symbol ESPR. A report on the March 20, 2013 meeting of the Washtenaw County board of commissioners incorrectly quoted commissioner Dan Smith (R-District 2).
