    Is that the UPS van honking? Seems rather rude–those cars clearly weren’t just sitting there for the hell of it.

    I’m not certain, but the honk likely came from elsewhere. Perhaps even the warning horn for the floogates opening at Argo Dam (this sounded several times over the evening).
