    I’m happy to see buskers again. There was a man singing and playing a guitar at the Farmers’ Market on Saturday.

    I’m curious though – I thought the Council had outlawed busking. Did that get changed?

    for what it’s worth, I just did a little web-searching, and couldn’t find any indication that the city had outlawed busking.

    This was something being discussed several years ago. Perhaps it was repealed, which sounds good to me.

    Of course the difficulty buskers experienced with the State Street Art Fair is different.
