    I left before Jeff was able to make his remarks. Other local residents attending the public hearing included Roger Rayle (CARD), Nancy Schiffler (Sierra Club), Rita Mitchell, David Schumberger (although I may have misspelled his surname). Jennifer Conn from Washtenaw County’s Environmental Health department and Matt Naud, the City’s Environmental Coordinator, also attended and spoke.
