And they are still planning on slapping more decoration on BTC in the form of public art – -glad to see our millage money is not being wasted on things outside of their core service mission, to wit:

It is the Mission of the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority to provide accessible, reliable, safe, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective public transportation options for the benefit of the Ann Arbor Area Community.

Hmm – I don’t see anything in there that would support public art, or expensive train studies. I see “cost-effective” though. Let’s focus on that part for a while, shall we?
