Stadium Boulevard

Car with an Ohio plate driving east on Stadium Boulevard past Michigan Stadium. As he passes through the intersection, the driver rolls down his window, extends his arm holding an Ohio State flag and waves it vigorously until reaching the top of the bridge. He then retracts his arm and the flag, rolls up the window, and calmly proceeds east. The driver is alone in his car, so this is clearly solely for his own pleasure.

River Terrace Trail

The Washtenaw County B2B trail is continuing its expansion. The River Terrace trail is supposed to connect the village of Dexter with Dexter-Huron Metropark (and, eventually, Delhi Metropark), as shown here: [link]

The first stage of the River Terrace Trail to be constructed is a 0.35 mile stub leading west from Dexter-Huron metropark. This section is being constructed first so as to get Bridge #1 (as shown in the previous diagram) built before a permit expires. While the approaches are still being constructed, the bridge is in place, as shown here: [link]

Argo Cascades

The Lohr-Textile Greenway is nearing completion. It looks finished except for the stretch between Ellsworth and Regents Park Court.

The bike lane stripe has finally been painted. (The figure of a bicyclist was added a year ago.) Is this project finally coming to a close?

House is gone. Replaced with access road and chain link fence. (I believe the address is correct, but it’s hard to determine.)

State & Stimson (Railroad Tracks)

Gray VW Bug stuck, having tried to drive down the tracks leading SE from intersection of State and Stimson. Police car and tow truck trying to get it off the tracks.
