They also made some decisions related to the search for a new superintendent, setting a salary range of $180,000-220,000. And the board settled on its new committee assignments.
At the April 17, 2013 study session of the Ann Arbor Public School board, trustees charted out their process for selecting a replacement for outgoing superintendent Patricia Green. They anticipate doing a fast search, and hope to have a new superintendent in place to start the 2013-14 school year in the fall. They expect an internal candidate to fill the interim position for a relatively short term.
