There used to be signs,that they are banned from school playgrounds and by city ordinance, people are supposed to keep em leashed and cleaned up after!

I live near a playground and I often see them loose while youngsters are playing organized sports. It’s only a matter of time before someone is injured. Would the school system be liable? It might be beneficial for them to post signs showing dogs unleashed not allowed. I sometimes think new neighbors see one dog loose and assume its allowable.

Dog owners lobbied hard for dog parks. Is no one using them?
