I’d like to second Grace’s comments above – I love all the great things happening at the market these days – like the wonderful oral history project and the monthly newsletter – and the slow but steady improvements in things like vendor signage and wayfinding. The more information we can get about the wonderful growers and producers in our area the better.

More and more, the Ann Arbor Farmers Market is the heart of our town, Wednesdays, Saturdays and every day. It’s one of the few markets that is open year round. I love that the market space is being used more and more as a public gathering and celebration space – as it should be. Good work Molly and the market commissioners!

Hats off to the market commissioners for all the renewed energy at the farmers market, it’s good to see the market expanding and considering the vendor base. I’m glad to see the market stalls being used for other events, like the non profit events & especially the weddings- how fun! It’s a great use of the space.

it is the responsibility of the manager to help provide the market with customers on wed. if the market lacks customers on wed. the manager is failing her duties as manager. haven’t seen much advertiing for the market, nor any special events scheduled for wed.’s.

also didn’t like reading about the sale of mass produced manufactured baked goods potentially being sold at the market.
charging vendors for inadequate inspections by unqualified city employees ….not good

The 7th annual BookFest will be held in the Ann Arbor Farmer’s Market on Sunday, September, 13 from 11am to 5pm.
