It’s not mutually beneficial to anyone if no one is talking. Council has issued tens of millions of dollars worth of general obligation bonds that we are all hoping the DDA will repay for us from parking revenues. The City budget outlook is bleak. Shouldn’t discussions about how that parking revenue is being divided up be a higher priority?
