Tamara Real, head of the Arts Alliance, and her husband Carl Rinne renovated it extensively. Every year they hold an open house and invite the church that formerly occupied it. (The church moved to a new building on West Stadium.) Here’s a short piece we did on the event last year. They often host other events there as well – I did an article about a fundraiser for Obama there last fall.
