Subject: Gas Leak update, 1 p.m.
To: UMMS Admin

The natural gas leak near the Medical School is continuing; please continue to avoid the area.

Both vehicle traffic and pedestrian traffic are being limited in the area around the Medical Science I building.

All hospitals and clinics are open at this time.

Only the C wing of Med Sci I has been evacuated.

The parking structure for the Cardiovascular Center has been closed to new parkers; those with appointments this afternoon should park at the other parking structures. Those with vehicles in the structure will be allowed to exit.

Please share this message with colleagues.
