Liberty and W. Washington, next to the car wash. The last time the cover was popped, it landed quite a distance from the hole, which looked like a dangerous situation to me. I was afraid a small person or animal or car wheel might disappear into the manhole, so I phoned 911. A very strong policeman soon arrived, lifted the cover and replaced it.
