Hard to say how much their business has fallen off since the bulk of the students have left for the summer.

The demolition work looks like the old Artisan Bistro decor.

I wonder what alternate destination people choose who think, “Packard Pub, let’s go there,” and arrive to find it’s closed for renovations. One of the two Burgers, perhaps, Quickie or Blimpy.
