Adam faces circuit court sentencing on October 7th, 2011, per the “Court Explorer” section of the Oakland County website.

It was politically-motivated due to Chuck’s long and respected advocacy of medical marijuana.

City Council should support those like Chuck Ream who are attempting to provide a legal product. As I recall the raids, according to a senior LAWNET offioer, were motvated by Ream’s alleged failure to follow her unit’s “guidelines”; police don’t have the power to set the rules – they are there to enforce the ones set by legislators.
