It’s great to see a HUD program that encourages it finally in place. Everyone involved will ‘win’, most especially the tenants with the improved facilities. By way of background, I was the attorney for the AAHDC in connection with its creation and handling its issuance of the Section 202 bonds used to finance Cranbrook Towers. Great to see the AAHDC now being put back to good use. Congrats and best wishes to the Commission and its development team!
