I have been thinking about this situation for some time and wondering when some of these top-tier college players were going to finally stand up to this shameful business!

Now that Grambling has done it, maybe some other will. The fact that some of these players get scholarships is immaterial. If the school would give them a percentage of what they actually earn for the schools (let s not even mention the local businesses) as players, they could pay for their own education and have something to live on while they get started after graduation.
