But large trucks do make deliveries to Knight’s Market, at the corner of Spring and Miller. When Knight’s Market was seeking approval to expand in 2012, some neighbors raised concerns about the large trucks that come through the neighborhood. At a planning commission meeting, one of the store owners pointed out that not all of the truck traffic relates to Knight’s, and that some trucks use Spring as a cut-through to avoid the railroad bridge on Miller.

I swear some of the just-in-time centralized delivery point blah blah blah logistics is designed for strip malls and any money they save for not running two smaller trucks is wasted in inefficiencies and property damage.
