(The latter made me wonder what thaws they were talking about, then remembered the rain earlier this month). That was moving the pipes around more, leading to breaks. Not sure where I read it (might have been here or print a2 journal; was in relation to last week’s sewage leak).

The inbound lane is currently closed at Brookside with a detour available through the neighborhood. Please avoid the area if possible.”
