I’m not sure who Ms. Ault refers to when she speaks of “Special interests”, or what she means by “The hamster on a wheel”. I gather there is some community voice she wants silenced, that she thinks that there should be a limit on the right to petition government for the redress of grievances. Can someone more knowledgeable than me clue me in on what her lingo means?

Where was the outcry and hurt feelings when council wanted to do the exact opposite and build a parking structure on top of a park?
