Josie Parker, executive director of the Ann Arbor District Library, writes in her director’s blog that AADL received the 2008 Voice of the People Award from the International City/County Management Association. “The award is a result of positive responses received from more than 1,000 City of Ann Arbor residents who shared their opinions of local services and amenities when the city conducted the National Research Center Inc.
