    Most recently that building was (still is?) a training center for TCF Bank branch employees (i.e. newly hired tellers).

    I’ve always thought this was an underused space and would be a good spot for a bigger building similar in size to Maynard House. Maybe this is the start of that process?

    Walking home today it looks now like the whole building will be coming down.
