The Ann Arbor Area Community foundation has updated its website to include information on several different scholarships with approaching deadlines.  Among them is the Morse B. Barker Memorial Scholarship, which provides approximately 50 awards of $1000-$1500 each per year to students attending Washtenaw Community College or Cleary University.
